    Pilkington Construction has been established for over twenty years with all tradesman timeserved. All aspects of general building work undertaken such as renovations, extensions, alterations, conversions and minor work, we also cater for disabled adaptions. We are a building and joinery contractor for the local council.

  • Joinery

    All our tradesman are timeserved. We undertake complete refurbishment and bespoke fitting. We can supply and fit internal and external doors, architraves, skirtig boards and windows. Staircases can be supplied in a variety of timber. Kitchens and bathrooms can be fitted. All firedoors comply with current Building Regulations.

  • Roofing

    We can provide roofing services from minor repairs to complete re-roof. Rebuilds/repairs to chimney stacks. Lead lining of gutters, lead bays, valleys and flashings to chimney stacks. Supply and fit of Velux Sky Lights and Sun Tunnels. Construction of Domer Extensions and Loft Conversions.

  • Plastering

    We can provide plastering and dry lining services including MF Ceilings, complete re-skims and repairs to water damaged walls and ceilings etc. Timber and metal studwork partitions constructed. Site work and new builds work undertaken.

  • Conservation, Paving, walling

    We can provide Lime Pointing and structural repairs as well as Wet and Dry Rot. Restoration work can be carried out to both public and private buildings. Garden walls constructed out of Facing Brick, Coarse and Random Stone. Natural Sandstone, Block Paving or Cobble sets of patios and driveways.

  • Design and Build

    Full planning applications completed from initial planning to full project management . All sizes of new builds considered and built to comply with current planning control and building regulations. All sizes of extensions completed to private, residential or commercial buildings.

  • Project management

    Wll aspects of work overseen. Only qualified and reliable tradespeople employed. All work is completed to a high standard and recommended by the Federation of Master Builders. We are fully insured for Public Liability and have robust Health and Safety procedures.
